Heavily impacted by the idea of time and space I use paint as a primary medium to explore ideas of life and death defined by experiences characterised by spiritual nuances and existential discovery

‘I have always taken an interest into the paranormal and the immaterial aspects of everyday life and I believe it is the biggest inspiration for my work. I center a lot of my pieces around me and my family causing frequent discussions about it’s involvement with race and identity. My work does and will always involve references to black heritage and culture as it is a big part of my life as a Black British woman and I actively continue to emphasis this importance’.
